The website has a mission to provide information about all the company’s activities.
BPMnavig endeavours to provide the website with information that is as precise as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for any omissions, inexactness or failings in the updates, whether due to the company or to third-party partners who provide this information.
All information indicated on the website is provided as a guide only and may be subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the website is not exhaustive. It is subject to changes that may occur after its publication online.

In France, personal data is protected by law no. 78-87 of 6th January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6th August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24th October 1995.

In any event, BPMnavig only collects personal information concerning the visitor for certain services on the website The visitor provides this information with full consent, particularly when the visitor enters the data himself. The website is not registered with the CNIL because it does not receive any personal information.
The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of 1st July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11th March 1996 concerning the legal protection of databases.
